Colonial War for an Emerging Imperialist Power, Revolutionary Left Declares General Mobilization
After midnight yesterday, the Turkish occupation army, through its military aircraft, launched an attack on Syrian areas, belonging to the Democratic Autonomous Administration, leaving dozens of victims and wounded, most of them civilians, targeting civilian infrastructure in Kobani, Derik and others
The Turkish Justice and Development Party , led by Erdogan, is exploiting the margin created by the imperialist rivalry in Ukraine to export its internal crises through systematic military attacks, and to achieve the strategic interests of this neoliberal authoritarian regime, which uses fabricated theatrical claims as an excuse to undermine the experience of the democratic Autonomous Administration in northern and eastern Syria, and to fight any independent Kurdish liberation movement
Indeed, the Turkish regime has become accustomed to bloody theatrics with the approach of the general elections to achieve authoritarian gains at the expense of the working class and the oppressed peoples in Turkey, to push its accumulated internal crises towards a devastating regional war, while seeking to push the political forces opposed to it to make more concessions in addition to tightening its overall military grip
At this fateful moment when Turkish imperialism is preparing to racially and brutally attack the peoples of the region and destroy all the gains made with the blood of martyrs, especially from the Syrian Democratic Forces, it is now the political and moral duty of every democratic, leftist and freedom-loving Syrian in the world to show principled and unconditional solidarity with the peoples of the region in their legitimate resistance against the Turkish occupation army and all its mercenaries and agents
The revolutionary left movement in Syria calls on all those who have the will to resist to do all necessary coordination between them, at home and abroad, to condemn and confront this aggression. It is time to defend by all available means instead of settling for empty slogans and conciliatory liberal rhetoric
Long live the solidarity and unity of the struggle of the Kurdish and Arab peoples and all the peoples of the region against the regimes and ruling classes.
Long live international solidarity.
